Thecla Daniel CMT, is a graduate of The McKinnon Massage Institute of Oakland, CA. with over 20 years of practice in the massage field being a Massage Therapy educator and practitioner of therapeutic and rehabilitative work to clients recovering from injury, post surgery and overall stress. Thecla is diverse in various massage modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, shiatsu and myofascial release, and pre and post natal massage. Her skills and experience equip her to provide customized individual therapy to clients.With a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal wellness; she combines advanced therapies and educates her clients on body awareness and at home methods to increase effectiveness of healing.
